it’s interesting to understand whether a positioning solely on short video / “snack video” as video clips, movie trailers and tv show highlights can gain a significant space in the market between UGC and Branded/Professional long form video Aggregators as Wall Street Journal comments recent Metacafè new tv show highlights video product integration.
I think more aspects of Market differentiation on Video/WebTV have to be seen on on Editorial Strategy and overall Market Proposition, branding and multiplatform distribution strategy.
